Everything is ready when your team arrives. Each person moves through an individual session with guided posing and in-session image review.
3. Image Selection & Delivery
Each team member selects their preferred image during the session. Final retouched files are delivered within 3 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a team headshot session take?
It depends on your team size, location, and goals.
Studio sessions are fully customized to your team. A simple professional headshot with one outfit and one background runs about 10 minutes per person. Sessions with multiple looks or backgrounds take longer. The full timing is planned around what your team wants out of the session.
On-location sessions are designed for efficiency: one outfit, one background, about 5 to 10 minutes per person. Setup takes about an hour before the first person is photographed, and teardown takes about 30 minutes after the last. A team of 10 is typically done in 2 hours of shooting time. A team of 20 takes 3 to 4 hours.
The full schedule is confirmed during the planning call so the day fits into your workday with minimal disruption.
What should our team wear?
The short version: dress the way your team shows up when meeting with clients in person.
For most professional service firms, that means solid colors, business or business-casual attire, and avoiding heavy patterns, bold logos, or anything dated. Some teams choose company-branded polos for staff with suits for leadership. Others keep everyone in coordinated business attire. There’s no single right answer.
A full wardrobe and prep guide goes out to every booking, and we’ll talk through any specifics during the planning call.
What if someone is sick or can't be there on the session day?
It happens. People get sick, travel for work, or get pulled into something unexpected. The session day still moves forward with everyone who is there.
For anyone who misses the team day, I offer a makeup session at the studio within 30 days of the original session, so the lighting and look stay consistent across the team. The per-person headshot rate stays the same, with an additional $200 studio fee per makeup session.
What if a team member doesn't like their photo?
Most people are nervous about being photographed, and “I don’t like my photo” usually means “I don’t like having my photo taken.” That’s normal, and it’s something I plan for.
Every team member reviews their images during the session and selects their favorite before we move on. Nobody leaves the day wondering how their headshot turned out.
Each selected image then receives master retouching by a professional retoucher, not AI, and a proof is sent for individual review before final delivery. If someone still isn’t happy with their final image, I’ll work with them to fix it, whether that means a different selection, additional retouching, or a reshoot at the studio.

Can we add new team members later?
Yes. Teams grow and change, and your team page should keep up.
New hires can be added through a studio session at any time after your original team session. I keep notes on your team’s lighting, background, and setup, so new images match the rest of the team and your page stays consistent as people are added.
Do you photograph teams outside of Houston and The Woodlands?
I serve The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and the greater Houston area, and I travel for teams beyond the region too. If you’re outside the area, schedule a call and we’ll work out the details.
