Events move fast, and there’s a lot happening at once. My job is to catch the moments that matter without getting in the way of yours.
I’ll ask for your event schedule ahead of time so I know where to be and when. If there are specific people or moments you need covered, like award recipients, speakers, or sponsors, I’ll work with you or your coordinator to get those photos done early, before the program starts and while everyone’s still together.
You won’t have to manage me on the day. I show up early, work quietly, and stay on your timeline from arrival to the last shot.
Afterward, you get clean, professional images you can put to work right away, on your site, your socials, internal recaps, and next year’s promotion.

What to Expect From Your Event Coverage
Here’s how event coverage works, start to finish.
Before your event: We’ll talk by phone or Zoom to go over your schedule, the key moments, any sponsor recognition, and what matters most to you. By the time I arrive, I know the plan.
Early on: I get to the details while the room is still open and clean, the décor, signage, sponsor displays, silent auction tables, and branded touches. These are easy to miss once guests arrive, so I photograph them first.
As guests arrive: This is where a lot of your best photos come from. I’ll introduce myself, ask to take a quick photo, and give a little direction so everyone’s facing the camera and relaxed. You end up with real photos of your people, happy and together, instead of a room full of backs and side profiles.
During the program: I work quietly and stay out of the way, focused on the stage, your speakers, award presentations, and the key moments of your program.
After your event: I sort through everything, keep the strongest shots, and get your finished images to you quickly. Details on delivery are just below.
Image Delivery
You’ll get your final images within 3 business days, both high-resolution files for print and web-sized files for social, so you’re ready to post and ready to print without asking for anything extra.
If your event has a specific deadline, like a press release or a board meeting, tell me up front and I’ll work to it.

Event Photography Pricing
Coverage starts with a 3-hour minimum.
- Monday through Thursday: $250/hour
- Friday and Saturday: $350/hour
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on event day.
Your time starts when I arrive and ends when coverage wraps. Travel and editing are on me.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel for events?
Yes. I cover the greater Houston area, including The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and Tomball. If your event is farther out, reach out and we’ll work it out.
How many photos will I receive?
Plenty. I shoot continuously throughout your event, then sort through everything and keep the strongest images, no duplicates, no blinks, just the good ones. The final count depends on your event. More presenters, awards, and moments to cover means more photos. We’ll talk through your priorities ahead of time so I’m focused on what matters most to you.
What if my event runs longer than planned?
I plan around the schedule we go over ahead of time. If the program itself runs late, I’ll stay and keep covering it, then add the extra time to your invoice afterward, billed in 15-minute increments at your hourly rate. You won’t have to track me down mid-event to keep things going.
Are there any added costs?
Just the occasional pass-through. If your venue charges for parking or requires anything specific for me to photograph there, that gets added to your invoice at cost. No markup, no surprises.
