How It Works
1. We make a plan
We start with a strategy call. We talk through your space, what you want to highlight, how you’ll use the photos, your branding, and the clients you want to attract. From there, I build a shot list and a schedule. Sometimes that takes one call, sometimes a couple of follow-ups. Either way, the goal is the same: by the day of your session, the plan is set and we just follow it. This is also where we land on your image count, so you know what to expect before we shoot.
2. We shoot on your schedule
I photograph your session when your space is closed to clients. For a lot of studios that means a Saturday, or a morning or afternoon you’ve cleared. We work from the plan, so the day moves at a steady pace and nobody’s standing around wondering what’s next.
3. You choose your images
About a week after the session, we sit down together to review and select your photos. You’ll have proofs within three business days, and your final images within three business days of approving them.
Pricing
A branding session begins at $2,490 and includes 30 final images.
That covers our planning, the session itself, and your retouched images ready to use across your website, social, and marketing. We settle on your image count during planning, so you’ll know what to expect before the day arrives.

Can we have the strategy consultation at my space?
Yes, and it’s my favorite way to do it. Meeting at your studio or shop lets me see your business in action and pick up details I’d never get over a call. It makes the planning sharper and the shoot day smoother.
Do you travel?
Yes. I photograph throughout the Houston area, including The Woodlands, Spring, and Conroe. I’m also available to travel outside the region. Just reach out and we’ll talk through the details.
Do I have to be in the photos?
Only as much as you want to be. Some owners want to be front and center, some would rather keep the focus on the space and team. We sort that out during planning, and if you are in front of the camera, I’ll direct you so it feels easy. Most people are surprised by how painless it is.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, since we schedule the shoot for a time your space is closed to clients, and those windows fill up. Once we’ve talked, I’ll get you on the calendar for a date that works around your business.
What if I just need a headshot, not a full session?
Then a branding session is more than you need. I also offer individual headshots, quicker, simpler, and priced for one person. If you’re not sure which fits, mention it on our call and I’ll point you the right way.
